Anime Info
Synopsis
Satoru Mikami is a 37-year-old ordinary office worker living a fairly unremarkable life in Tokyo. One day, while trying to protect a coworker from a sudden attack, he is stabbed and dies. As he fades away, a mysterious voice begins speaking to him, granting him strange new powers before he wakes up in a completely different world, reborn as a slime.
Now going by the name Rimuru Tempest, he sets out to explore this new fantasy world with his slime body and unique abilities in tow. Along the way, he befriends a powerful, long-sealed dragon named Veldora, and the two quickly form an unlikely bond.
As Rimuru travels further, he keeps gaining new companions, from goblins to ogres to dwarves, gradually building a growing community of monsters who look up to him as their leader. With his calm mindset and surprisingly overpowered skills, Rimuru begins building a nation where humans and monsters alike can live together in peace.

Our Review
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime is one of those isekai anime that just gets everything right. Rimuru's laid-back, level-headed personality makes him instantly likable, and watching him casually solve problems that would terrify anyone else never gets old.
The world-building here is fantastic, with a huge cast of memorable monsters and a genuinely satisfying nation-building storyline. Eight Bit's animation looks great throughout, and the OP/ED tracks are some of the most iconic in recent isekai history.
If you enjoy overpowered protagonists done right, clever world-building, and a great mix of comedy and heart, this is an easy must-watch! — DIDARUL ISLAM [Chief Editor]
