Synopsis
Chidori Public High School and Kikyo Private Academy Girls' High School sit right next to each other, yet couldn't be more different. Chidori has a reputation for delinquent boys, while Kikyo is a prestigious academy for young ladies from noble families — and the two schools have a long-standing rivalry.
Rintaro Tsumugi, a tall, intimidating-looking Chidori student, works at his family's bakery, where he meets a small, gentle regular customer named Kaoruko Waguri. He's stunned that she sees his kindness rather than his fearsome appearance — and even more surprised to learn she attends Kikyo.
