Synopsis
After grinding through a punishing otome dating sim to clear it, an exhausted Japanese office worker collapses and wakes up reincarnated inside that very game — as Leon Fou Bartfort, an impoverished baron's third son and a total "mob" character with no plot relevance whatsoever.
In this world, the social order is flipped: women hold all the power, and men are treated as little more than property. With his memories of the game's story intact, Leon has one real advantage — foreknowledge of every major event to come. Rather than chase a heroic destiny, all he wants is a quiet, comfortable life far away from the game's dramatic main plot.
Of course, things rarely go as planned. Leon keeps getting pulled toward the game's key female leads, Angelica and Olivia, and finds himself dragged into duels, conspiracies, and a slowly building revolution he never asked to be part of.

What makes this one stand out from the usual isekai/otome crowd is Leon himself — he's not a saintly hero, he's a self-interested, occasionally petty guy just trying to avoid getting killed by the game's plot, and that honesty makes him a lot more fun to watch than the typical "chosen one" lead. His slow-burn chemistry with Angelica and Olivia feels earned rather than forced, and both heroines get real arcs of their own instead of just existing to fawn over the protagonist.
ENGI's production is solid overall, with clean character art and a handful of genuinely well-animated action beats (the mecha and duel sequences especially), backed by a fun, upbeat OST that suits the show's comedic tone.
To be fair, 12 episodes is a tight squeeze for source material with this much world-building, so a few arcs do feel compressed and the opening episodes lean on some info-dumping. Even so, it's a genuinely fun, well-paced watch with more heart and better character writing than most shows in this genre — easy to recommend if you want an isekai/otome story that actually subverts expectations. — DIDARUL ISLAM [Chief Editor]
