Synopsis
Nagi Umino and Erika Amano were switched at birth — raised as the son of a humble diner owner and the daughter of a hotel magnate, respectively. When their birth parents find out, both families push the two teenagers into an arranged engagement to make things "right," and Nagi and Erika end up living together under one roof.
The two agree on one rule: stay completely uninvolved in each other's love lives. Nagi is set on confessing to his classmate Hiro Segawa, while Erika is fighting to get out of a different arranged marriage of her own. But living together has a way of complicating "uninvolved," especially once Nagi's non-blood-related little sister Sachi — who's been chasing after him her whole life — moves in too.
Between a switched-at-birth engagement, unrequited crushes, and a household full of tangled feelings, this five-way romantic mess just keeps getting messier.

The switched-at-birth engagement premise is a fun hook, and having Nagi and Erika agree to stay "uninvolved" in each other's love lives while living together is exactly the kind of setup that guarantees it never actually works out that way. The five-way tangle of feelings keeps things lively across the full 24 episodes.
Sachi tends to steal the show whenever she's on screen — her attachment to Nagi adds a genuinely chaotic energy the rest of the cast plays well off of. The romance moves at a decent pace for a 2-cour series, without dragging things out purely for the sake of it.
