By the Grace of the Gods 2
Anime Info
Synopsis
Three years have passed since Ryoma Takebayashi first parted ways with Eliaria, promising they'd meet again someday. His laundry business in Gimul is thriving, his slime family keeps growing in size and variety, and life continues at its familiar, unhurried pace.
Season 2 widens Ryoma's world a little further, introducing new faces — including the mysterious Miyabi — while giving more spotlight to established favorites like Reinhart, Elise, and the rest of the Jamil family. Ryoma's reputation as a skilled slime tamer and craftsman keeps growing, drawing new opportunities, new friendships, and a few new challenges his way.
Through it all, the show keeps its focus on the same gentle, character-driven storytelling that made the first season such a comfortable watch, following Ryoma as he continues building a life defined by kindness, curiosity, and a genuine love for his slimes.

Our Review
Season 2 keeps doing exactly what made this show comforting in the first place — it just widens the circle of people getting to enjoy Ryoma's easygoing pace. New faces like Miyabi fit naturally into the cast, and the returning Jamil family continues to feel like a genuine found family rather than filler.
Maho Film's presentation stays consistent with Season 1, and the slower episodic structure will land well for anyone who came here for the low-stakes comfort in the first place. It's not aiming for big narrative swings, and it doesn't need to.
If Season 1 worked for you, this is more of the same gentle, kind-hearted slow life — a nice continuation rather than a reinvention. — DIDARUL ISLAM [Chief Editor]
