Synopsis
Ryota Sato works himself to death at his job and wakes up in a fantasy world run on RPG logic, where defeating monsters drops the food, money, and gear people need to survive. Unlike everyone else, though, Ryota doesn't get a flashy combat skill — his unique ability only lets him harvest rare drops from monsters, starting with an endless supply of carrots.
Written off as useless, Ryota is saved from a monster attack by the tough young adventurer Emily Brown, and the two form an unlikely partnership. Things take a turn when the fearsome bunny-girl adventurer Eve Callusleader becomes hopelessly obsessed with the rare S-rank carrots Ryota can produce, eventually strong-arming her way into his party just to keep getting more.
As word spreads about his oddly specific but surprisingly valuable skill, more companions join Ryota's growing, carrot-fueled household, and what starts as a joke of an ability slowly turns into the foundation of a found family — and a much stronger adventuring party than anyone expected.

The premise here is genuinely fun — a "useless" skill that turns out to be a farming and crafting goldmine is a fresh enough spin on the overpowered-isekai formula to grab your attention early on. Ryota and Emily's low-key dynamic is easy to enjoy, and the "found family" vibe as more companions join the household has real charm.
That said, the show leans heavily into harem tropes and gag-comedy beats that don't always land, and the plot rarely pushes past "slice-of-life adventuring with occasional monster fights." Maho Film's animation is competent but unremarkable, and the pacing can feel aimless across the back half of the season.
